In addition to providing a bi-directional read head with a smooth swipe path, excellent reading accuracy, and the ability to read multiple tracks of payment card data, iDynamo 5 (Gen III) supports Qwantum Reading and Authentication for non-payment, identification systems.

iDynamo 5 (Gen III) is made to work with a variety of mobile phones, tablets, and devices. Additional accessories like the OtterBox uniVERSE adaptor makes attaching to smartphones and tablets even easier, by providing a simple way to clip the reader into a phone or tablet case securely, delivering smooth operation.

Using a USB-C receptacle, iDynamo 5 (Gen III) works with compatible Android, iOS, and Windows host operating systems. The USB connection provides all the power the reader needs, so there is no need to manage batteries.

Enhance Security While Still keeping Things Simple

Sometimes offering the simplest payment option is the best solution. Device integration is faster with magnetic stripe, and SRED certification increases confidence in security. Well-suited for your P2PE environment, it offers enhanced SRED compliance security.

Each Transaction Uses a Unique Encryption Key

  • PCI PTS 6.x, SCR, SRED device using AES 128/256 or triple DEA encryption and (Derived Unique Key Per Transaction) DUKPT key management.

Magensa Device Integration Tools Make Development Easier and More Secure
