Magensa Payment Gateway Completes Level 3 Certification with Global Payments Canada, Extending Services to the Canadian Market

The certification marks the beginning of MagTek hardware and Magensa Payment Gateway service support for independent software vendors (ISVs) and enterprises deploying Interac and EMV payment solutions in Canada.
For MagTek and Magensa's current U.S. partners with a footprint in Canada, the certification means a single platform can now support their business across both geographies – removing the need to manage separate integrations, certifications, and vendor relationships for U.S. and Canadian operations. The certification also opens the door to new business directly in Canada, allowing MagTek and Magensa to engage Canadian ISVs and enterprises that have not previously worked with either company, giving them the same secure, certified path to Interac and EMV payment acceptance already trusted by partners in the U.S.
Magensa's platform brings a broad set of capabilities to Canadian ISVs and enterprises, including full eCommerce capabilities supporting in-app and web-app Apple® Pay and Google Pay™, tokenization services, and Magensa Portals for boarding merchants, as well as viewing and reporting on transactions with API options.
