Business Development Representative - Seal Beach, CA, Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL

MagTek is searching for experienced Business Development Representative that will be responsible to drive new business - software and services revenue for Magensa. Authentication Services, Privatization Services, and Qwantum Media are examples of new software and services this role would lead.

Openings in the following locations: Seal Beach, CA, Atlanta, GA, and Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop annual sales plan with quarterly updates
  • Perform continuous sales prospecting
  • Maintain up to date sales prospecting records in CRM
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reporting
  • Professionally manage prospect sell cycles to successful close
  • Maintain active ownership of customer relationships

Job Requirements

  • 4 year college degree
  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience in data security, encryption, authentication, and tokenization
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Fintech a plus
  • Proven high achiever
  • Independent and dependable
  • Excellent communication within the Magensa team
  • Minimum 5 years solution sales or enterprise sales experience
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively communicate solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with executive level relationships

Working Conditions

  • 30% travel
  • Must be comfortable working in a corporate setting
